The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. In November 2016, the successor of ''Swapnote'', called ''Swapdoodle'' was released, featuring Nikki in a new design. The main difference from its predecessor is that the option to use any photograph as a background has been removed, removing the main method its predecessor was exploited for. Downloadable content was also released for the game, mostly in packs that included drawing lessons, new backgrounds, and new colored pen options. As of the shutdown of the [[Nintendo 3DS]] [[Nintendo eShop|eShop]] on March 27th, 2023, it is no longer officially possible to download ''Swapdoodle'' or purchase any of its DLC.
