Now limiting new entries and increasing the penalty for changing a pick. Also locked Toad, Toadette, and Skull Kid picks, and clarified about characters "reasonably confirmed to not return''. Also using indeterminate symbol in the ballot charts now.
(Finally another newcomer, and what do you know, it's the Mario character I said was going to make it in while you guys on IRC went "Rosalina isn't getting in, why do you like her so much, it's going to be Bowser Jr." With that, I also now have the lead)
