Black Hayate is a smasher from Plover, WI who plays Fox and Sheik.

Known for being a very kinky smasher, Black Hayate has even tried to bring hentai anime to a tourney but was stopped by Tapion.
Also known for getting 5th in almost ever tourney he went to
His Fox is disliked by Minnesota smasher Chexr due to the cheapness of the uair.
