+Generally, I hand out the protections when a user shows next to no effort at contributing to the Wiki outside their userspace and the Smash Arena. It is possible for a user to be productive to the Wiki and have a low mainspace edit count, whether it is through high quality edits like Dodo pointed out, or through contributions to other areas such as taking a constructive part in talk page discussions. With that said, StoneSteal has not done those, and as such, will be warned.
