| The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
| When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

The following is a list of unlockables a player can obtain in Super Smash Bros.
Unlockable characters[edit]
After meeting the encounter requirement, the character must be defeated in a 1-stock match to be unlocked.

| Captain Falcon | Complete 1P Game in 20 minutes or less. |
| Jigglypuff | Complete 1P Game with any character. |
| Luigi | Complete Bonus 1: Break the Targets with all 8 starter characters. Both P1 Game and Bonus 1 Practice are valid, but the latter must be played after completing all 8 for the ecounter to trigger. |
| Ness | Complete 1P Game on Normal difficulty or higher with 3 lives or less and no continues. |
