The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

: One reason is that while they are part of the subcategories, this doesn't exclude them from the other categories. For example, [[KoreanDJ]] is still a smasher, even though he's a pro. This helps because they are listed in all applicable categories. I was kind of wondering about the categorisation of smashers who aren't from the USA. It seems that, for example, the Dutch smashers are added to the categories 'Smashers', 'European Smashers' and 'Dutch Smashers'. Since Dutch Smashers is a category within European Smasher, which is on its own a category within 'Smashers' it seems pretty obvious that Dutch Smashers are also European Smasher and also Smashers. Shouldn't they be added to just that one category instead of all three of them? I don't think Wikipedia uses this system either. Is there an admin around who can clarify this for me? --Utto 22:06, March 30, 2007 (GMT)
