:So from what I got from this is that we remove the unnecessary fluff such as nerfs/buffs that don't do anything to the character and elaborate more on the nerfs/buffs that matter. I believe this should just be common sense rather than policy but unfortunately we don't have many people checking over all the attributes sections. Thus, I don't see a problem in any of this.
