::Only the one that is allowed in tournament rulesets is allowed in tournament rulesets. Stages that are not allowed in tournament rulesets are banned. Nothing weird about that. The reason for tournament directors for banning "similar stages" is that you can't counterpick a stage that is more or less the same as a stage you already counterpicked.
