Undid edit by CanvasK: Your mom is out of this scope Disney worshipper, this is important as in recent years the hatred for Disney has grown more and more prominent

Shortening a few links and changing the Herbie link to lead into the franchise's Wikipedia page rather than the character's.

Disney was producing live action content as far back as the 50s, arguably earlier if you count the hybrid Alice Comedies

So after a bit of research, I have found that the playing cards were actually released in the 60s; Nintendo simply acquired the license in 1959. Unfortunately, the date these cards released seems to be lost to time, and since they also released board games and other stuff during the 60s, it's hard to determine if the cards were really their first collaboration, so gonna have to rewrite this. For more information, read the blog posts listed here: http://blog.beforemario.com/search/label/Disney

So turns out Disney will actually be publishing that upcoming Illusion Island game (Source: https://www.nintendo.com/store/products/disney-illusion-island-switch/ ), so this statement probably isn't that accurate anymore. Even the point of them being the only licensor is rather murky when you have Sega, who refuses to publish new installments of their IPs and licenses them off to other publishers instead (Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX, Shenmue III, Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap remake, etc.).

According to various sources (including the Disney History page on D23), Walt Disney World opened on October 1, 1971. Sora's reveal was October 5.

→Trivia: Rewording the hidden note. I know Konami, Sega, and Square Enix have non-video game ventures as well (Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, Sega Toys, and Gangan Comics, respectively), but I feel they're not as notable to point out.

→In Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Wait, hold on a minute. All G&W games were published by Nintendo, including the licensed ones (Popeye, Snoopy, and these).

Seeing as this info was on SNK's page, why not put it on Disney's as well since it's true for both of them.
