Replaced the comparison with little mac to mario, as mac doesn't actually have that many combos. In smash 4, fair didnt sh autocancel (it only did this in 3.1), so i'm fixing this. Dthrow HK still kills early but only at ledge.

Also head on assault landing hit isnt that strong, and very vulnerable to DI. HOA also doesn't break full shield, and the rising hit of head on assault doesn't lock the opponent into shield nearly long enough for the falling hit to connect unless you keep shield held.
