Sneaky Spirits appear in the minigame "[[rhwiki:Sneaky Spirits 2|Sneaky Spirits]]" from ''{{iw|rhwiki|Rhythm Tengoku}}'', which reappears in ''{{iw|rhwiki|Rhythm Heaven Fever}}'' as an {{iw|rhwiki|Extra Game}}, and in ''{{iw|rhwiki|Rhythm Heaven Megamix}}'' under the name "Sneaky Spirits 2" to separate it from the [[rhwiki:Sneaky Spirits|short version of the minigame]] unique to ''Megamix''. The goal of the game is to knock the ghosts back into their house as they rhythmically pop in and out from behind a fence trying to escape.

Sneaky Spirits appear as enemies. They are rare and hard to hit, as they constantly move forward while popping in and out the ground. However, they drop star boosts, which raise every stat, when defeated. They are one of the three Smash Run enemies to represent a universe that has not been represented by a character or stage, the other two being [[Bacura]] and [[Pooka]].

As a random event with a short duration, large groups of Sneaky Spirits can appear.

If you manage to defeat one, you'll earn a star-shaped stat boost that improves all of your stats. Time your attacks and keep them from escaping.
|desc-pal=These white apparitions seem to have permanent smirks on their faces. Much like in the Rhythm Paradise series, they'll pop up rhythmically from a hiding place beneath the floor, then run away to a distant location. If you do manage to defeat one, you'll get a reward for your troubles, so pay attention to the rhythm and strike!
