Alex '''Zanguzen''' Shnayder or '''Zang''' is an old school [[smasher]] from New Jersey who mains Falco. He is also well-known for being one of the first players to win a set against Mew2King back in 2005. Since his reemergence in 2014, he has taken sets off players such as {{sm|KJH}}, {{sm|Cactuar}}, {{sm|G$}}, {{sm|Android}}, {{sm|Zhu}}, and {{sm|Hax}}. He was previously ranked 3rd on the [[New Jersey Melee Power Rankings]].
Alex '''Zanguzen''' Shnayder or '''Zang''' is an old school [[smasher]] from Tri-State who mains Falco. He is ranked 46th on the [[2014 SSBMRank]] thanks to his placings at various National Tournaments. He is well known as well for being the first person to win a set vs. Mew2King, all the way back in 2003. Zang also well noted for his very old style of Falco play, relying on heavy reads, [[pillar]]ing, and laser camping instead of fast technical play such as [[Westballz]]. More recently, he took a set off of Hax at Evo 2014.


Zanguzen is one of the very few professionals that have successfully maintained the position of a major tournament threat from the early years of the [[Golden age]] to the 2014 age and onward. It is interesting to note that at [[Apex 2015]], one of if not the largest Melee tournaments of all time, Zanguzen placed higher than {{sm|Ken}}, tied with {{sm|PC Chris}}, and placed just one spot lower than {{sm|KoreanDJ}}, three players who had dominated the Golden Age when Zanguzen was first active.
