'''truetears''' is an Australian ''[[Smash 64]]'' player who mains {{SSB|Fox}}.  His preferred controllers are the Keyboard and the [[Hori Mini Pad]].

For most of his career he posed as a female player with the tag '''Emmi Zhang'''. Under this tag, he was known for his extraordinary [[technical skill]] and for inventing the shield shine cancel with Fox, which he often used to break shields as seen [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWCMDC59Qrc here]. He was also instrumental in creating a ''Smash 64'' Australian Skype group, which helped revitalize the scene. He was recruited by [[TR3G]] and was ranked 1st on the [[Australian Power Rankings]] in 2014.
