That year, he defeated both {{Sm|Isai}} and {{Sm|Eddie}} in tournament at OC2. In 2008, shortly after the release of ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]'', Snap retired from Smash. In June 2019, Snap officially came out of retirement.
