He also places in the top 3 there routinely. Online, like many of the other ''64'' players, Shears has been frequently banned from [[SmashBoards]] due to trolling, much to the dismay of the rest of the ''64'' community. He is also notorious for losing blindfolded money matches against Sedda. With the help {{Sm|SotoH}}, {{Sm|Wookiee}}, and the Team LAS Tournament, these three main smashers are credited with creating the annual ''Smash 64'' Snosa/Smash of ages tournament in [[SoCal]].
