'''NEO''' is an American [[smasher]] from the MD/VA area who has spent time in numerous [[crews]] including USB, [[H2YL]], and [[Team Ben]]. His tag is comprised of his initials.

Most notably, NEO was very well known for maining {{SSBM|Roy}} in ''[[Melee]]'' (with strong secondaries in {{SSBM|Marth}} and {{SSBM|Sheik}}), and was considered to be the best Roy player prior to his retirement, with results that current Roy players have yet to match, having multiple Top 8 finishes at [[List of national tournaments|national tournaments]]. He managed to beat {{Sm|Ken}} in Roy dittos, claiming the red costume in the process.

In ''[[Brawl]]'', NEO mained {{SSBB|Marth}}, with {{SSBB|Meta Knight}} as a secondary, and was usually considered the best Marth in the USA outside of {{Sm|mikeHAZE}}, known for his calculated and patient style. He had been playing since its release in 2008, and continued to play at a high level as of 2013.

In ''Smash 4'', NEO mained {{SSB4|Sheik}}, keeping his patient style from ''Brawl'', and also played three of the ''Fire Emblem'' characters in {{SSB4|Roy}}, {{SSB4|Marth}} and {{SSB4|Lucina}} before retiring later on in ''Smash 4'''s life. 

NEO was ranked 3rd on the final [[MD/VA Power Rankings|MD/VA Brawl Power Rankings]] and was formerly ranked 92nd on the [[2014 SSBBRank]] and 5th on the MD/VA ''Smash 4'' Power Rankings.
