He is widely considered to be the best ''Brawl'' Pit player in the United States, but he later switched to Meta Knight due to Pit's [[counter (matchup)|bad matchup]] against other Meta Knight players. Laid is currently ranked 1st and 3rd on the New England Brawl and Smash 4 Power Rankings, respectively, and was formerly ranked 46th on the [[2014 SSBBRank]]. He was considered one of the best {{SSB4|Pac-Man}} players in the world after {{Sm|Abadango}} dropped the character with wins over players like {{Sm|False}}, {{Sm|Pugwest}}, {{Sm|Marss}}, and {{Sm|NAKAT}}, though he has since dropped the character in favor of Sheik. However, Laid does sometimes use Pac-Man for those inexperienced in the matchup, and he most notably used the character when fighting {{Sm|Javi|p=Smash 4}} at {{Trn|CEO 2017}} where he won 2-1.
