*Kiyarash became popular after getting featured on {{Sm|ZeRo}}'s [[YouTube]] for defeating {{Sm|Wishes}} 2-1 in a Wi-Fi tournament. During the set, Wishes proceeded to insult him which earned him strong condemnation from many other players. 
*Kiyarash has the nickname "Future of Smash", due to a rap battle in which he states, "My name is Kiyarash - the Future of Smash".
*On May 13th, 2021, following his victory over {{Sm|ChunkyKong}} in a first to 5, Kiyarash shouted insults that contained profanity at his opponent, resulting in him getting kicked off of {{Sm|Hungrybox}}'s [[Discord]] server's voice channel.
