Dr. Z, formerly known as Hyuga or HyugaRicdeau, is a smasher and tournament director from Northern California who mains Jigglypuff. An active player since 2004, he has since then been known for being one of the primary TOs for the GENESIS series, alongside Boback and Germ. Dr. Z was formerly ranked 15th on the NorCal Melee Power Rankings in June 2015.
