As he swept through winners' bracket, he defeated several top professional players, such as {{Sm|Armada}} 2-0, {{Sm|Rolex}} 2-0, and {{Sm|ESAM}} 3-1, to make it to winners' finals, where he defeated {{Sm|Professor Pro}} 3-1.
