Dou! started being recognized in the French smash community with his [[HRC]] high scores. Then, in February 2004, he discovered that "the HRC mode was far more limited than the VS mode", and decided to give up HRC to become a great VS player. Actually, he managed to become one of the best French players. He attended many [[tournament]]s in France, and also two tournaments in non-French countries: RoS3 in Sweden and ATM3 in the Netherlands. However, in September 2006, he entered a school in order to do a math degree, and had not as much time to play smash as he did. Therefore, he could not keep pace with the other top French players when it comes to improve his game and lost his professional smasher status. He remains nevertheless one of the best and most respected French players, and also the best Jigglypuff player in France and possibly in Europe. | |||
