'''Sushigi''' is a smasher from [[Arkansas]] who mains {{SSB4|Luigi}} in ''[[Smash 4]]'' and {{SSBU|Luigi}} ''[[Ultimate]]''. Sushigi was a high level player in ''Smash 4'', and was arguably the best player in central Arkansas before {{Sm|Phenom}} entered the scene. Sushigi took a set off of {{Sm|Aerolink}} at Mid-South Championships 2016, who was the best player in [[Texas]] at the time, and has several regional results overall, as well as many local results. His biggest achievement was taking a whole tournament over the region of St. Louis and winning $1,000{{fact}}. Sushigi also has arguably the best results of any doubles player in Arkansas in ''Smash 4'' overall. Typically, Sushigi was known to be a very emotional player in many ways during ''Smash 4'', due to his young age and status in the community. Sushigi was ranked on all [[Arkansas Power Rankings#Super Smash Bros. 4|SSB4 Central Arkansas and Statewide Arkansas Power Rankings]] within the top 6.
 
Although he is playing less often in ''Ultimate'', his skill level remains roughly the same. Sushigi placed top 3 in doubles and top 8 in singles at {{trn|GDEX 2019}}, a regional tournament in [[Ohio]], as an unranked player at the time. He also has another handful of Ultimate local results. Sushigi took a set off {{Sm|LumaDooma}} while he was ranked #1 in Northwest Arkansas and Fort Smith. Sushigi is currently ranked 6th on the North Louisiana Quarter 1 2023 Ultimate Power Rankings.

In other ''Smash'' games, Sushigi plays ''[[Melee]]'' and has gotten ranked 5th on the Arkansas Melee 2022 Power Rankings co-maining {{SSBM|Luigi}} and {{SSBM|Dr. Mario}}, with his best ''Melee'' performance being a top 16 placing at {{Trn|Sunshined 2022}}. Sushigi has also organized ''Melee'' tournaments in his local region, both online and offline. In ''[[Smash 64]]'', Sushigi has results maining {{SSB|Kirby}}, mostly in the region of Memphis, where he was [[PR]]'d in the top 5 for a brief period, and he was PR'd in Arkansas for a short time in ''[[Project M]]'' maining {{PM|Luigi}}.
