He began competing in 2015 and was first ranked on the [[SSBMRank]] in 2017 before entering the top 10 for the [[MPGR 2019]] season. He then improved greatly in the [[Slippi]] era thanks to exceptionally strong performances online before claiming his first ever major tournament win at {{Trn|Riptide}} and his first supermajor win a few months later at {{Trn|Smash Summit 12}}. In losers iBDW would beat Moky 3-2, Mang0 3-1, aMSa 3-0, and Hungrybox 3-1, before finally falling to Wizzrobe 1-3, placing 4th.
