Chompy was one of the top Smash 4 players and was also a top Brawl player from Chicago, Illinois. He started playing competitively in 2008 playing Brawl. During his time entering tournaments, he mainly used Diddy Kong and secondaried Pit. Chompy is one of the best Pit players in the United States. Because Chompy was one of Illinois' dominant forces during the early era of Smash 4, he was sponsored by E2C. Chompy was formerly ranked 5th on the Chicago Smash 4 Power Rankings.
Chompy (born in June 21, 1988) is a Pit player from Chicago, Illinois. During his 2008-2009 season, he was ranked #1 on the Illinois Brawl Power Rankings. He is notable for making his first debut at Cyber Arena II and shocked the entire community with his ability to utilize every banana trick Diddy Kong can possibly do. He stopped competing after April of 09 and came back into the smash scene in March of 10. Chompy has officially retired from Brawl as of May 2011, and will come back to the Smash scene when the next Smash Bros. game comes out. Recently, Chompy joined back in the smash scene as soon as the 3DS version came out. When the 3DS version came out, Chompy mained Greninja along with Dark Pit for the first 2 weeks. Then dropped them at the same time in replace of Pit ever since. Chompy is one of the four people who were invited to RTGN TV's Beta Test tournament in Toledo, Ohio and placed 5th out of 65 strong players. Chompy was formerly ranked 6th on the Chicago Smash 4 Power Rankings.
