On September 7, 2020, Cagt announced in a [https://twitter.com/Cagt3000/status/1303144770320191488?s=20&t=hipZZ5KcHgHT1rogCuwKrw tweet] that he voluntarily created the '''Global Ban Database''' (abbreviated '''GBD'''). This database was intended to list all [[Smasher]]s that have already been banned from other tournaments or that Cagt believed shouldn't be allowed to at events. Cagt claimed the GBD was only a recommendation, and that he would not personally force anyone but himself to follow it. While the GBD was generally received positively as a noble effort, there were criticisms levied against while it was active. Such criticisms included surprising inclusions and notable exclusions to the public, questionable evidence for some inclusions or a lack of transparency for other inclusions, and the fact that Cagt is a major tournament organizer with connections to other TOs, which put the claim that the GBD was only a recommendation into question. The GBD was regularly updated until August 29, 2022, where he announced in [https://twitter.com/Cagt3000/status/1564281822346878977 another tweet] that the GBD would no longer be maintained and Cagt would no longer be actively involved in any future conduct cases. The reasons for the dissolving was Cagt claiming he underestimated the amount of work maintaining such a project would take and it negatively affecting his mental health.
