| B Link went on an extended hiatus in July 2014 for health related reasons, selling all of his Smash 64 equipment to {{Sm|pidgezero_one}} and quitting online play. B Link returned for Flaoc 12, finishing 4th in a strong showing. At Flaoc 15, B Link defeated {{Sm|YBOMBB}} in a set (2-1) for the first time on console. Notably, he was able to beat YBOMBB's Jigglypuff on [[Hyrule Castle]], a feat only matched by {{Sm|Kefit}} in tournament. B Link then entered FLAOC 16, using only {{SSB|Ness}}, and placed 7th. At his first major, [[GOML 2016]], B Link placed 9th. In late 2016, B Link drove to a Montreal Weekly where he used {{SSB|DK}} only, and placed 5th. He was formerly ranked 58th on the [[2016 64 League Rankings]].
