Without even looking extensively into your user history, I can see you're already blatantly unqualified based on your description; you never once tell us why you need the admin tools to help us, what you could do with the admin tools and how they would improve your ability to contribute, what you could contribute as an admin that the current admins can't, never show us anything to show how you would know what you're doing with adminship, and never tell us why you're a better admin candidates than other users.
