SmashWiki enjoys April Fools' Day. However, some users have abused the privilege of participating in the festivities by doing one of the following:
*Made jokes in very poor taste
*Made jokes that did too much to damage the wiki's usability (removing too much information, inserting enourmous images, applying unreadable colours, etc)
*Did not make reasonable effort to clean up all of their jokes afterward, or continually did things that they themselves cannot revert (new pages, uploaded images, etc)
Users who are at fault for breaking the rules will be barred from future April Fools'. Their edits will be treated as if the event was not happening, and so attempting to make jokes will be considered vandalism and punished accordingly.
