"Searing Arrow" is an up and coming Project M player from Martinsburg, West Virginia. Although he is from West Virginia, he is widely considered to be a member of the MD/VA region. He started his smash career as an Ivysaur main in August of 2013, but later switched to Lucario in December of 2013 and has remained an adamant Lucario main since.
