The '''SSBMRank 2023''' lists the world's top 100 ''[[Super Smash Bros. Melee]]'' players in 2023 as compiled by [[Melee Stats]]. The rankings are being announced in a series of articles published by [[start.gg]] from January 15th-26th, 2024.

==Methodology==
29 people, such as top players, tournament organizers, writers, and analysts were chosen to be panelists for this edition of [[SSBMRank]]. The panelists were asked to rank each ballot-eligible player based on their quality of results from December 19th, 2022 to December 17th, 2023 with a value between 1 and 120, and then each player’s rating was aggregated to a single value based on their distribution of votes.
