Roy is overall a considerably less effective character than Marth. Additionally, unlike [[Dolphin Slash]], Blazer has multi-hit properties and when reversed, can OHKO on stages such as Yoshi's Story and Pokémon Stadium against certain light weight characters, though it is situational and punishable if missed.
