Riki's fate is unknown after the events of ''Xenoblade Chronicles: Future Connected'', as he does not appear in ''{{iw|xenoserieswiki|Xenoblade Chronicles 3}}'' besides as a cameo in flashbacks from {{iw|xenoserieswiki|Melia}} and the staff roll of ''{{iw|xenoserieswiki|Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemed}}'', a replica of his {{iw|xenoserieswiki|Hunter Biter}} named {{iw|xenoserieswiki|Legendary Biter}}, left at Low Maktha Wildwood, and {{iw|xenoserieswiki|Riku}} being one of his sons. Moreover, in ''Future Redeemed'', Riku explains that his father has traveled with Melia in the past. Non canonically, he also cameos in "{{iw|xenoserieswiki|This Year's Heropon Challenge Battle}}" in ''{{iw|xenoserieswiki|Xenoblade Chronicles 2}}'', as the single foe of wave 12.
