==Overview==
R.O.B. plants his arms into the ground and does a handstand, shooting boosters out of his base upwards.
This move serves as his strongest move, KOing Mario at roughly 102% in the sweetspot, also having pretty good vertical range and decent startup, making it usefull as an anti-air.

Unfortunetly, unlike in later smash games, it dosen't scoop opponents into the strong hit, this means that in order to hit the move, you have to use it as an anti-air, in most other occasions, the move will miss, this makes it useless as an out of shield punish, combined with his high endlag, it is very easy to punish if the move misses.
