These rankings were calculated primarily using results from tournaments in Ontario. After the Winter 2015 Power Rankings, Ontario split its PRs into two regions: [[Southern Ontario Power Rankings|Southern Ontario]] and [[Ottawa Power Rankings|Ottawa]], due to the Ottawa community's extensive growth warranting its own rankings. The [[Northern Ontario Power Rankings|Northern Ontario]] region would also come into being the same year, covering a third region of the province. The Ontario region still retains its ''[[Project M]]'' Power Rankings.
