Mother 3 is a direct sequel to the game Mother 2 which starts out with Lucas and his family(Claus, Hiniwa, and Alec) at a farmhouse, lucas wakes up and walks downstairs and is greeted by his mother, Hiniwa, Lucas goes outside but his mother tells him to go back upstairs and get dressed, he does then goes outside. His brother is playing with dragon like creatures called Dragos he then teaches you how to Bash. you then go into a battle with a a creature called a mole cricket, you then win and the kids go inside.
