the second point isn't true—both Cloud and Ganondorf have four meteors in Ultimate. rewording the first point because the specification is likely for counting moves that meteor by default and customs that do so as well (i.e., Header), even though one of Mii Brawler's customs in both Smash 4 and Ultimate meteor as well, but even this might need a rewording
