The following is the list of the [[spirit]]s that are left unsorted by game series in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]''. There are a total of 136 different games or series represented in the list. For the spirits available since the game release, the series are ordered by the console they debuted on and the year their first game (or in the case of some third-party series, Nintendo-published installment) released. For example, all series that debuted on the Game Boy are listed before the ones that debuted on the SNES/Super Famicom, regardless of whether an SNES series predates a Game Boy one.
