|desc-pal=Ask 100 people what colour Link's outfit is, and they'll all say "green", guaranteed. However, in The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, he also sports a dark-blue engineer's uniform. Train-driving and world-saving are two skills that should be on every hero's CV!

==Trivia==
==Trivia==
*Bubble's trophy in the NTSC version claims that the enemy appeared in ''Brawl'', and even lists a supposed action it could perform on players. Bubbles, however, did not appear in any capacity in ''Brawl'', and they do not even have [[Beta elements (SSBB)|unused data]] within the game. This stems from a mistranslation of the original Japanese line, which actually referred to their role in the original ''The Legend of Zelda'': {{ja|原作では、触れると剣が抜けなくなる等、呪われたような状態になる。|Gensaku de wa, fureru to ken ga nukenaku naru tō, norowa reta yōna jōtai ni naru.}}, meaning "In the original game, when you touched them, you'd be placed under a curse where you couldn't take your sword out." The reference to ''Brawl'' is amended to refer to the ''Zelda'' series in the PAL version.
*Bubbles's trophy description said it appeared in ''Brawl'' when in actuality it doesn't.
**The trophy also shows green and white Bubbles, which do not appear in Smash Run at all.
*During gameplay the Cucco enemies appear in 16-bit form from ''A Link To The Past'', but the trophy has them in their ''Ocarina of Time'' appearance.
*Despite having a major appearance in a handheld game four months after the Wii U version's release, Majora's Mask appears in the Wii U version only. However, the Skull Kid trophy in both versions wears Majora's Mask.
*Despite making its first appearance in the very first game in the series, the Heart Container's trophy claims that its debut was the ''Oracle'' games.
*In the Japanese version, Tingle's other game appearance is listed as ''Ripening Tingle's Balloon Trip of Love''. In Western releases, he has no other game appearance listed.
**In addition, his only appearance in the Western releases is ''Majora's Mask'', despite his design being based off of (and his trophy description describing his appearance in) ''Wind Waker''.
*Like in ''Brawl'', the King of Red Lions's other game appearance in the Japanese version is ''Four Swords Adventures''; this was removed in the Western versions as he only appeared in Navi Trackers, a mode exclusive to the Japanese and Korean versions of the game.
*Downloading the Pirate Ship stage does not make the King of Red Lions trophy change from Series Related to Stage categories.
*Link's alternate trophy in the Wii U version resembles his All-Star trophy in ''Melee''.
*Link's alternate trophy in the 3DS version resembles his Adventure Mode trophy in ''Melee''.
*Zelda's alternate trophy in the 3DS version resembles her All-Star Mode trophy in ''Melee''.
*Sheik's alternate Trophy in the 3DS version resembles her Brawl artwork, though mirrored.
*Despite appearing in Zelda's moveset in both versions, the Phantom trophy is a 3DS exclusive trophy. It also uses its original model from ''Spirit Tracks'' rather than the one appearing in Phantom Slash.
*Despite appearing in the Spirit Train stage, the Alfonzo trophy is classified as "Series Related" rather than "Stage".
*For some reason, despite the playable ''Zelda'' cast introduced in ''Melee'' being referenced via their ''Ocarina of Time'' designs as trophies in ''3DS'', neither Sheik nor Young Link are given trophies, despite the former making her first and only appearance in that game canonically and the presence of a trophy based on Zelda's child form. This makes ''SSB4'' the only game following their debut where neither Sheik's canonical design nor Young Link's appearance are ever directly referenced.
**''Wii U'' is the only game where neither Link, Zelda, nor Ganondorf's ''Ocarina of Time'' designs are directly referenced.
*Ironically, despite Link and Zelda being given trophies based on their ''Ocarina of Time'' designs in ''3DS'' even though the playable characters reuse their ''Twilight Princess'' designs, the ''Skyward Sword'' versions of them are not featured among the trophies based on that game in ''Wii U''.
