Once Lightweight is activated, Palutena's movement speed and jumping abilities are increased for 12 seconds, at the cost of receiving 1.1× more damage. When Lightweight's effect ends, Palutena's ground and air movement speed are reduced to half their normal value for 5 seconds. After this, another 5 seconds must pass (10 seconds total) before the move can be used again. This is arguably her best custom move as it improves her recovery and her air, ground, and combo game. With Lightweight active, Palutena has the third highest [[jump]] height (surpassed only by {{SSB4|Greninja}} and {{SSB4|Falco}}), the fastest [[walk]] speed, and the second fastest [[dash]] (surpassed only by Sonic and [[Wario-Man]]).
