Editing Jump

This does not apply to Smash 4. I was also able to work out why spirits can make short hops higher than full hops. I'll do a write-up about that... somewhere. May check to see if equipment has any jank. It may be a little excessive to put the values in the table since the mults are simple. If it is too much, just undo but past back the good stuff)
