Editing Japanese Style Online Ranking System

A '''Japanese style online ranking system''' was developed by {{Sm|Karajan}} for the ''Smash 64'' community in order to establish a non-ELO objective ranking system. The system is inspired off the Japanese ''[[SSB64]]'' community's rankings and thus, a player may only sign up with one character and the only legal map is {{SSB|Dream Land}}. The ruleset is by default 4 stocks and best of one, but players may agree to change some rules.
