Isabelle tucks her knee in, and kicks out- happily spinning about with pom-poms on her hands. This is Isabelle's fastest aerial at frame 5, on top of being Isabelle's most reliable [[out of shield]] option. The sweet spot has decent horizontal [[launch]] power, while the late hit is long lasting, making it a useful [[edgeguard]]ing tool. The sweet spot hit is also a [[combo]] starter at low percents, while the late hit is at mid percents.
Intentionally landing the late hit of Neutral air can keep the opponent closer and allow more time for a followup, offering a potential KO confirm.
