The moveset table is the better option in my opinion. All we need to list on character pages is the damage and some simple, obvious details of their moves, which are much neater and easier to read in the table, rather than the bulleted lists that have details all over the place. The tables will only grow overflown and all "squished up" if moves are explained in much further detail, which is what moveset subpages are for - honestly, I think that not many people are aware of the entire moveset subpage project just because so little is being done about it at the moment. I also don't think the sections of the bulleted lists are important, since specific types of moves are still grouped together in the tables, and nothing is hard to navigate.
