#Who said this had to be brawl Samus? After all, that's just a picture. While both Link and Samus are viable in Melee (being lenient on the definition of viable), Samus is a much better characters having an infinitely better recovery and zoning abilities. Those missiles are so very annoying. She is really hard to edgeguard; even Marth has to work for those gimps. Link dies after 1 down tilt. But if you kiddies must insist on talking about brawl, Samus still wins. She has a high tier counterpart with items to start the match as well as a long glide toss to complement them.
