OK, maybe I'm obsessed with the next SSB, but who isn't? Now, as we all know, like every smash game, characters will be buffed and nerfed, decloned and simply have their moves changed. ===Ness===
B-up: This needs to be changed to something else. This attack has given him low tier in every smash game. PSI teleport is a good sub.
Final Smash: While PK Starstorm is epic, I think PK Rockin would be a better one.

He needs some attacks where he uses his sword.
B neutral: Should be changed to his dark ball from Ocarina of Time.

Knee of Justice needs to be more powerful, and his aerial lag should be lessened.

B-Down: Should be changed to Poltergeist 2000. This will offer a nice contrast to his brother's FLUDD.

B neutral: Should be changed to sword beam, a chargable projectile.

Final Smash: Should be changed to his airship fleet, where he calls them and they fly over the screen, dropping bombs.

I have reason to believe he will return in the next SSB (see my other forum).
B-Side: The reflected projectiles should actually damage the opponent! 
B-down: Should break shields as well.
Final smash: Should be changed to Psychic, and weaken all of the victims moves until they die.

I sure hope he's in the next Smash Bros. If he is, I like what they did from Melee to Brawl, and I hope they do it for SSB4. Nerf him some ways and buff him in others so you have to relearn how to use him instead of him being excactly the same. Hopefully, Marth isn't just nerfed or just buffed, I like him the way he is. I know Mario is not a clone but I still made changes anyway. I think they should make his up special have more height. His side special should be Turbo F.L.U.D.D. where he shoots forward with flood and can be used as a combo or recovery. Last, his down special should represent Super Mario Galaxy. In my opinion, his down special should stay the same. However, the Negative Zone isn't a very good final smash. He should use a Mega Mushroom and get really big, about the size he is when he grows with lightning in mega brawl, for his final smash. Luigi shouldn't get a mega mushroom that just defeats the purpose of trying 2 kill others....... And i think that everyone agrees!!!!!Also i think maybe the final smash should be he jumps and throws randomly (shells)

PLEASE give Falco and Wolf Final Smashes That ACTUALLY MAKE SENSE!!!!!!
Falco is a bird.He belongs in the sky.WHY IS HE IN A LANDMASTER!?!?!?!?

The Final Smashes should be changed to ARWING and WOLFEN,respectfuly.
