It seems the game can lock the stage into a single style from Mario Maker in some fashion, in order to keep the theme of Mario World when fighting the Chargin' Chucks. | |||
It's likely to assume the battlefield form still has versions of itself in the 3 other styles, and that under some conditions, they switch during gameplay without affecting the fight. | |||
