The Psycho Car and its predecessor is a dangerous enemy, especially if it is accompanied by a {{s|wikibound|PsychoTruck}}, as they can vent paralyzing exhaust fumes giving the protagonist {{s|wikibound|Ninten}} an asthma attack, which makes him completely helpless and unable to do anything unless he uses asthma spray or one of his party members defeats them and ends the battle.
