C7A is a French player who uses Jigglypuff in Brawl, Smash 4, and Ultimate.
In Brawl, he was known as one of the only Jigglypuff players who used it there, and was considered the best Jigglypuff player in Europe. C7A stuck with Jigglypuff in both Smash 4 and Ultimate, and has achieved results that put him as a top Jigglypuff player in Europe for both games.
