The list was compiled by {{Sm|ninja1167}} and {{Sm|streety}}. Both panelists made a ranking of players who had done well enough at at least one of the considered tournaments. Afterwards, the final versions were averaged together to form an overall ranking. The panel then voted to break any ties found in the averages. Then the panel voted to make adjustments to the list as they saw fit.
