A [[stall-then-fall]] attack that involves Bowser hiding in his shell, turning upside-down, and propelling himself towards the ground while spinning. The first few frames is a [[meteor smash]], before it launches diagonally. If used off-stage, it almost guarantees a [[self-destruct]]. The move emits a small shockwave on both sides when Bowser lands with his shell, which makes the move slightly harder to punish. He also grants [[intangibility]] on his arms and legs in midair (frames 14-60) and when he lands (frames 1-27).
